Welcome to the jewellery collections with treasures influenced by the timeless beauty of the natural world.
These limited Editions are inspired by the ancient mythology of goddesses associated with water and the symbolic language of flowers.
Maya create one-of-a-kind treasures rarely to be duplicated and celebrate a unique expression of form and material through her fine handcrafted jewellery. A majority of her pieces is made from reused gold and she enjoys the process from "Raw To Refined" upcycling and giving old unique and antique materials a touch of Vita Nova -which mean new life in latin
She have been making jewellery since 2000 and was apprenticed to Goldsmith Ruben Svart and Rueven Ohana. After graduating as a traditionally trained goldsmith from the technical college in Denmark in 2007, she moved to San Francisco and worked with a broad clientele of retail stores, designers and jewellers in The Bay Area, California.
She returned to her home country Denmark in 2015 and now works from her studio on the beautiful Makers Island Bornholm.
